DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR (Freelance)
OVERVIEW
Backyard Cinema are looking for an experienced Digital Content Coordinator to work across their new exciting Winter project.
This role will suit an experienced digital marketeer or digital content coordinator to lead in the content creation with good verbal and written communication skills and a regular user of sales or marketing software.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: Project day rate
Role Responsibilities
- Copywriting – must have a solid grasp of written English, and be able to write confidently with style and in a tone of voice
- Create and send newsletters and promotional emails
- Write creative briefs and manage designers to produce desired content
- Support with general marketing activities which include (but are not limited to) copywriting, building and sending newsletters
- Managing and updating website – this will involve using CMS systems and speaking with your digital agency daily
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update/manage website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Digital Content Coordinator
- Experience as a Digital Marketeer where the role included Coordinating Digital Content
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing – at least 2 years experience managing CMS systems
- Skills and experience in creative content copywriting (preferably within the entertainment industry)
- Experience briefing and working with creatives to produce desired content
- Project management skills
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Reporting and analysis presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
